To promote the independence of vulnerable people to live as independently as possible in their own home and community of their choice; in so doing I will develop from its grass roots to become a leading  provider of health and social care services.

Code of Conduct

I believe that if I demonstrate both professional and compassionate behaviour that will serve as a model for those I work with this will establish a good relationship and good values.

The Code sets out what clients will expect from me providing care and support services to them and about my standards of working practice.

Some of the key elements of the Code of Conduct include:

• Protecting the rights and promoting the interests of those I support
• Establishing an atmosphere of trust and confidence
• Promoting independence amongst my client base whilst also protecting them from harm
• Being accountable for the quality of my work and taking responsibility for continually enhancing  my knowledge and skills
